Janice has worked in the real estate, construction, and transportation industries for over 25 years. Her experience with real estate, engineering, and transportation planning helps serve Tusk with the knowledge it needs to conduct a professional investment strategy. As an entrepreneur herself, Janice has personally grown RND Consultants into one of the fastest growing consulting businesses in Boston. Janice's experience brings tangible practices to Tusk's operations.

Janice has held leadership roles in the Women's Transportation Seminar (WTS), American Public Transportation Association (APTA), American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC), Conference of Minority Transportation Officials (COMTO), Massachusetts Women's Political Caucus, Massachusetts Women Workforce Council, and South Shore Chamber Transportation Task Force.
