Andrew Julian serves as the founding principal of Tusk Capital Management. With a background in real estate private equity, he focused on the acquisition, due diligence, asset management, and investor relations for funds that total over $80 million dollars of multi-family real estate. His focus has been to maximize operational efficiency and returns for investors.

 

By leveraging his prior experience, Andrew started Tusk to assemble a portfolio of distressed assets that can perform through value-add strategies. His vision is to combine returns with impact, investing patient capital in areas desperate for job growth and economic development.

 

Andrew is also a member of NAIOP and REFA.
